ISMFA – INTERNAL REGULATION
on the course of individual lessons for the period of epidemiological risk of COVID-19
1 / Students
Only fully healthy students, who do not show any signs of upper respiratory tract disease and without other / even skin / infectious diseases, can take part in the lessons. Otherwise, the lesson must not take place.
The obligation to wear veils continues to apply in common enclosed spaces. In the area where the teaching takes place, it is possible to remove the veil according to the instructions of the teacher. It is necessary to have at least two veils and a bag for used veils available for teaching. The teacher decides on the possibility of removing the veil according to the situation (risk group of the participant in education, health condition of the teacher, course of teaching and observance of recommended distances). The smallest distance between the teacher and the student, at which it is possible to carry out teaching without a veil, is 1.5 m. If it is not possible to keep this distance, it is necessary to put on a veil. It is always necessary to use your own bag to store the drape.
Before the start of the lesson, in cooperation with the teacher, each student washes and disinfects his hands with a product designed for this purpose (this process must be repeated after using the toilet). During the risky epidemiological situation, neither the student nor the teacher is allowed to consume anything during the lessons.
Students and their parents get acquainted with the criteria of so-called risk groups (see the last paragraph of the Regulation) and, on that basis, consider whether it is appropriate for them to start teaching in person. Before the start of the lessons in the ISMFA studio in Příběnická Street or in the premises of our partner international schools, the students’ legal representatives must fill in and sign the Affidavit on the Absence of Symptoms of Viral Infectious Disease. This Affidavit is located on the school’s website under the section News.
2 / Teachers
Teaching can be conducted only by completely healthy teachers, who do not show any symptoms of upper respiratory tract disease and without other / even skin / infectious diseases. Otherwise, the lesson must not take place.
The teacher maximally adapts the course of the lesson to the principle of health protection. It is always necessary to use your own bag to put away the veil.
Before and after teaching, it is necessary to ventilate the classroom space and disinfect the touched surfaces. It is recommended to disinfect the instrument that has been used by more than one person as needed in a way that does not damage it. The teacher will also supervise the proper cleaning and disinfection of the hands of all participants before the start of teaching.
For teaching wind instruments and singing, where it is not possible with a veil, the teacher will keep the longest possible distance, ventilate the classroom during the lessons and, if possible, choose a more spacious room for teaching.
Teachers get acquainted with the criteria of so-called risk groups (see the last paragraph of the Regulation) and, on that basis, consider whether it is appropriate for them to start teaching in person.
