Barbara graduated from the Prague Conservatory. She completed her music education at master classes led by (Prof. Helmut Franke and Neal Peres da Costa). She graduated from Masaryk University in Brno in the field of Theory and Practice of Early Music. In 1994 she collaborated with Gilles Colliard and the Brixi Chamber Orchestra on a recording of J. S. Bach’s violin concertos. As a harpsichordist of the Collegium of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, she participated in the recording of the CD “The Italian Baroque” in 1997. She also completed a successful concert tour in the Czech Republic and abroad (Japan). Barbara is a very experienced teacher with more than twenty years of teaching experience and she works  with children and students of all ages. Barbara has been working at ISMFA since 2011.
